IT had started to look like it wouldn't happen, but Omar Bogle's late penalty ensured Grimsby Town got back to winning ways in front of their own fans against Newport last night.
League Two's top-scorer kept his nerve to convert the 88th-minute winner after sub Tom Bolarinwa had been hauled down in the box.
The victory moved Paul Hurst's side up to sixth in the table with their fifth win of the season, which now sees them just one point off second place in League Two.
