Grimsby Co-op store on the market



Lincolnshire Co-op has put a Grimsby store on the market.
The Convamore Road store is being marketed as a "corporate disposal" by Christie & Co, which says the in-store Post Office could be available separately.
The Co-op, part of the Lincolnshire group of stores, first moved on to the site in 2005 on what was a new development.
Listed by Christie & Co has having a leasehold of £100,000, spokesperson Emma Snedden said it is being marketed "as a going concern".
