Great Orme caveman 'smeared dog dirt on litter warden'
 

A man who hit the headlines after being found living in a cave on the Great Orme was in court accused of smearing a litter warden with dog faeces.
Raymond Burton, 53, is accused of common assault on the environmental patrol officer. A court heard Burton had been told to clean up after his pet, but that he instead wiped the mess on the man’s shirt.
But Burton claimed that he had stumbled and fallen towards officer Glen Walton and put his hand on his shoulder to break his fall.
CCTV footage from the patrolman’s body camera is likely to be played to to magistrates when the case goes to trial.... read more
