Great Britain’s Olympic and Paralympic stars parade in rainy Manchester
 

Team GB’s Olympic and Paralympic stars paraded in Manchester to celebrate their success at this summer’s Rio Games.
Over 150,000 fans lined the streets to greet their heroes – who broke new records in the medal stakes.
Team GB won 67 medals in Brazil, beating their all-time best of 65 which they managed four years ago at London 2012.
At the Paralympics, Team GB enjoyed even more success as they secured 147 medals, a whopping 27 more than in London.
