Grade II listed manor house to be demolished for nine new homes



NINE new homes will be created as part of a "stunning" plan that will see the Grade II listed manor house at Humberston demolished.
North East Lincolnshire Council has given the green light to the plans, which also include converting the barn into five homes.
The house itself will be replaced with four houses.
There were initially issues regarding the development because of the Listed status of both buildings, however councillors had been reassured over meetings held with the developer and Historic England, who subsequently gave the proposal their approval.
