Gordon Strachan insists he fears failure NOT the sack as Scotland manager
 

GORDON STRACHAN insists he doesn’t fear the sack but is terrified of failing with Scotland.
The national boss spent a few days reflecting on a World Cup qualification bid which has been derailed by a draw against Lithuania and defeat to Slovakia.
But the 59-year-old is adamant he’s as committed as ever to the cause as he doesn’t want to live with the regret of being unable to lead the country to the finals in Russia.
Strachan believes he’s the best man for the job and is far too long in the tooth to bow to calls to walk away from sections of the Tartan Army.
