Gordon Anglesea claims he's victim of post-Jimmy Savile scandal compensation conspiracy
 

THE ex- North Wales Police chief superintendent on trial for sexually abusing boys has claimed he is a victim of a post-Jimmy Savile scandal compensation conspiracy.
Gordon Anglesea, 79, said there had been no complaints against him since he won a High Court libel action in 1994.
But he said since the Jimmy Savile scandal broke, there had been a swell of complaints.
He pointed the blame for that at officers from the National Crime Agency’s Operation Pallial investigating re-visiting boys.
