Golden State Warriors grateful to Klay Thompson's skills from down town as they avoid consecutive home defeats in high-scoring win over Phoenix Suns



Golden State's Klay Thompson hit two late three points and finished with a season-high 30 points to steer the Warriors to a free-scoring 133-120 win against Phoenix on Sunday.
Steph Curry also had 30 points with five threes for Golden State, who had to work hard to avoid a second home defeat in the early part of the season, having only lost two total in each of the previous two seasons.
The Warriors were guided to victory by the 30-point performances of Thompson and Curry plus 29 from Kevin Durant.
