Goalposts removed, markings washed and football banned on playing fields section
 

Residents living near the fields on Dudley Wood Road had become fed-up with balls flying into their gardens and also said they are having to put up with anti-social behaviour.
A football pitch has now been removed to put the neighbours at ease, with the goalposts taken down and markings washed away.
But the decision has angered the secretary at the Kidderminster and District Football League.
It comes as Dudley honoured the town’s footballing great Duncan Edwards with a blue plaque, which was unveiled by Sir Bobby Charlton at the weekend.
