Global system could help predict cataclysmic SUPERVOLCANO eruptions that could end life on Earth

From initial rumble to spewing out lava and throwing up tons of burning ash into the air, volcanoes are anything but predictable.
Each month an estimated 40 volcanoes erupt on land, while more erupt unseen on the ocean floor, and large eruptions like Iceland’s Eyjafjallajokull can destroy property and even bring air traffic to a grinding halt.
