Girl, 9, with brain tumour 'inoperable on NHS' given new lease of life in Mexico
 

The nine-year-old school girl that travelled to Mexico for life saving treatment that isn’t available on the NHS has had some amazing news.
Lucy Moroney, from Heswall, was diagnosed in July with Grade 4 Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), and was expected to have only months to live.
Her father Joe Moroney, has told supporters that after Lucy’s third treatment there has been a big shrinkage in the size of her tumour, according to doctors.
