A doctor concluded in a report that she suspected a boy's behavioural problems were due to his care at home, a Derby trial was told.
The paediatric consultant's conclusion was read out to a jury in the trial of Gayle and Neil Megill. Gayle Megill, 51, is accused of cruelty against two children. Her husband, Neil Megill, 48, is accused of failing to protect the children from her actions.
The couple, of Islay Road, Sinfin, are on trial at Derby Crown Court charged with the offences that allegedly happened at addresses in Sinfin, Allenton and Stenson Fields from 1991 to 2004. They deny all... read more
