Gateshead care home branded as 'inadequate' after second critical report
 

A care home has been branded as “inadequate” in a second critical report after failing to learn its lessons.
Paramount Care (Gateshead Ltd) had an overall rating of inadequate in a report by the Care Quality Commission.
It followed a previous report a year ago which had called for improvements in the service provided by the home.
In the latest, report inspectors classed the home at the Ropery, Derwentwater Road, to be inadequate in the safe and well-led categories of the report.
