Gang made £100,000 by selling sick and dying puppies

A gang who sold sick and dying puppies to unsuspecting customers and made £100,000 out of it have been convicted.
Trains cancelled so dog could give birth to litter of puppies The dogs, who were kept in dreadful conditions, were bred and sold on a mass scale for as much as £750 per puppy to customers, a court heard.
But when they brought their puppies home, they would die soon after or were plagued with ill-health and fleas.
Teresa Wade, 57, Victoria Montgomery, 54, her daughter Roxanne Montgomery, 33, and her partner Tony Hammond, 34, admitted fraud at Basildon crown court.
