Frankfurt WON'T be able to replace London as Europe's finance capital, says ex-minister
 

Paris and Frankfurt are among Europe's cities that view Britain's vote to leave the bloc as an opportunity to boost their status as financial hubs.
But these ambitions were brushed off by Jeremy Browne who told Express.co.uk that no other European city will be able to replace the UK's capital in terms of it's financial might.
