Four of Liverpool’s historic parks could be handed over to community groups, it has today been revealed.
Actor and environmentalist Simon O’Brien is due to release the final version of his report into Liverpool’s green spaces.
And one of the recommendations in the Strategic Green and Open Spaces Review Board is the introduction of a “local management model” for some of the city’s key parks.
