Former tower block sites targeted by £64 million housing developments
 

City chiefs are set to approve £64 million investment in 525 new homes - including the regeneration of a deprived housing estate.
The city’s Labour cabinet are expected to approve the £28 million rebuilding parts of the Bromford estate in Hodge Hill following the demolition of three run down tower blocks.
The council’s Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust will build 225 houses of which 168 will be retained for council rent and 57 sold.
