Poacher turned gamekeeper Ken Lowson shows it’s never too late to make a difference.
He invented the online “bots” that cynical ticket touts use to exploit music fans.
But now Ken wants to join the Record’s campaign to stamp out this money-grabbing industry.
He’ll even rewrite the programming code himself free of charge.
Back in the day, Ken was a notorious tout like many of the chancers we’ve exposed in recent months.
But, to his credit, Ken recognises how much damage the dodgy market does.
