Former Sleaford councillor appears in court on child porn charges



A former North Kesteven District councillor accused of child pornography offences has made a further appearance before Lincoln Crown Court.
Ian Dolby, who is also a former Sleaford Town councillor, faces three charges of making indecent images of a child. Dolby spoke only to confirm his name and no pleas were taken at the hearing on Thursday.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned the case for a further hearing to take place on Friday, November 4.
