Former Rangers star Joey Barton slams FA for not allowing him to play in Game for Grenfell
 

Former Rangers star Joey Barton has hit out at the English FA for allegedly stopping him from playing in in a charity football match.
The midfielder - who saw an 18-month ban for betting irregularities reduced to around 13 months after an appeal on Thursday - says the governing body should 'engage their brain' over the decision.
Stars will take to the pitch at Loftus Road on September 2, Barton's birthday, to raise money for those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
