Former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez linked with £40 million move to Valencia

Valencia have made former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez one of their priority signings, according to reports.
AS claim that the Spanish club’s chairman Peter Lim is lining up the striker for the team’s new coach Cesare Prandelli, who was appointed at the start of the month.
It’s reported that Valencia are ready to meet Hernandez’s release clause, which is set at £40.7 million.
The Mexico international, who joined Bayer Leverkusen in a £7.3m deal from United in 2015, has scored seven goals in eight appearances so far this season.
