Former Lindsey head’s pride at opening new care home



THE former head teacher of the old Lindsey Lower School has described his pride after cutting the ribbon at the new £6 million care home.
Former head teacher Alan Barnsley, 78, hailed the new Lindsey Hall care home, which is based in the premises of the former school, as "unbelievable" after the facility was officially opened yesterday.
Many of the 74 bedrooms are already occupied, with more residents and staff members set to move in within the next two weeks.
