Former farmer who has 22 great- great-grandchildren turns 100 years old
 

A former farmer who has eight grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 22 great- great-grandchildren has turned 100 years old.
Leteria McIndoe, better known as Gladys to close friends and family, celebrated the milestone birthday with a party and 40 members of her family who traveled from across the country.
Mrs McIndoe, who has outlived her only daughter, used to farm carrots, green bananas, plantain, yam and sweet potato from her and her husband's farm in Jamaica but moved to Nottingham in 1999 when her husband passed away.
