Former doctor denies sexually assaulting patient during examination
 

A former doctor accused of sexually assaulting a woman patient has denied the allegations.
Dr Stephen Crosby told Liverpool Crown Court that the accusation was untrue and suggested she may have been mistaken about the identity of the doctor who examined her.
The jury has heard that 63-year-old Crosby was jailed for five years in 2004 for indecently assaulting seven women patients at the same practice, The Village in Formby .
