Former BHS owner ‘failed to provide information on pensions’ after firm collapsed
 

Ex-BHS boss Dominica Chappell failed to provide information about the company’s pension schemes to investigators after it collapsed, a court heard.
Former bankrupt Chappell, 51, was the director of Retail Aquisitions when the company bought BHS for £1 from billionaire Sir Philip Green in 2015.
The chain went into administration in April 2016, leaving thousands of people out of jobs and a staggering £571 million pension deficit
Sir Philip later agreed to pay £363million towards it.
