Flood-hit Carlisle play area reopened after £32k refubishment



A flood-hit play area has finally been reopened after being ruined in December's floods.
The Charlotte Terrace play park in Botcherby, Carlisle was damaged by Storm Desmond, leaving youngsters without anywhere to enjoy themselves.
After months of hard work, the city is finally making a recovery and on Tuesday children turned out for the official reopening of the play area following a £32,000 overhaul.
