Fisherman rescued from Eyemouth harbour
 

0 Have your say Eyemouth inshore lifeboat was called out shortly before 11pm on Monday, October 3, after it was reported that a person had fallen in the harbour. The crew were quickly on the scene, located the casualty between a fishing boat and the quay wall and brought them safely to shore at the lifeboat pontoon and took them to the station where they were given warm clothing and were checked over by Scottish Ambulance paramedics.
The casualty was later allowed to return to their boat, accompanied by Police Scotland, who ensured that they safely boarded the vessel.
