Fired-up England out for revenge in one-day decider as temperatures stay red hot in Bangladesh 

Chittagong was more like a wet day in Manchester on Tuesday than hot and humid Dhaka but the heavy rain that fell ahead of Wednesday's deciding one-day international did little to cool an atmosphere that overheated on Sunday.
