Fire service descend on Brayford after restaurant incident



Firefighters were scrambled to a fire alarm sounding at a Lincoln restaurant.
A crew from Lincoln south attended the fire call at Brayford Quay out at 6.59pm on Saturday.
But on arrival they found no fire and the alarms were set off by cooking fumes from kitchen in the restaurant.

The fire service also attended fires elsewhere in the county.
They were called to wheelie bin fire in a field off Laney Close, Lincoln at 8.42pm on Saturday, October 8.
