Fined driving in London Congestion zone? Here’s why you may be able to overturn it
 

A driver had his fine for driving in the congestion charge zone in Central London overturned after a potential fault was outlined. 
Raymond Bryce, 32, was ordered to pay a £130 fine for not paying the congestion charge zone fee. 
Mr Bryce claimed he was out of the charging areas by 7am, despite being told he was caught leaving the zone’s boundaries at 7:02am. 
TFL did not confirm that the camera was linked to the atomic clock as maintained by an appeal body. 
What this meant for Mr Bryce is that the time he was driving could not be 100 per cent confirmed.
