The Gunners paid £3m for services provided by Kroenke Sports and Entertainment in both the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.
But despite receiving the same services from KSE - they've not been charged because the payment doesn't appear in the accounts that have just been lodged at Companies House for 2015-16, according to The Telegraph.
“It's thought the fee has simply been waived”
