Final plot at Pride Park to become offices - despite parking concerns
 

The final plot of vacant land at Derby's Pride Park is to be developed after plans for an office complex were granted permission, despite parking concerns.
The four-storey building will be built in Locomotive Way, adjacent to Derby Manufacturing University Technical College, Pentahotel and Derby College's Johnson Building.
It has been designed by Manchester-based CAD Architecture on behalf of developer ESS Derby.
