0 Have your say A festival of Mozart’s music has been hailed a resounding success.
The Mozart-on-Tweed Festival, based in Ladykirk and Norham, brought together three conductors, two choirs and three groups of instrumentalists and professional musicians to create a weekend of wonderful music to audiences from across the region and the border.
The conductor of Andante Chamber Choir, John Stone, sang with the basses for the Mozart Coronation Mass; James Letham, conductor of Abbey Consort, sang solo for the same piece; and Geoffrey Emerson, conductor of Yetholm Sinfonia and The Mozart-on-Tweed... read more
