Fears over polio-like killer bug that has paralysed over 100 children - here's all you need to know



Concerns over a killer bug, which has left more than 100 children paralysed, are sweeping the UK as cases are on the rise.
Health officials issued a warning to parents after four young children were rushed to hospital in Edinburgh suffering with polio-like bug Enterovirus D68.
All four appeared to have lost the use of their limbs after they initially complained of having respiratory problems.
So far this year Public Health England has confirmed 38 cases of EV D68, which in rare cases have left victims fighting to breathe and even caused death, the Daily Mirror reports.
