Fears news homes plan could leave services in this Flintshire village struggling to cope
 

Controversial proposals for dozens of homes look set to be approved - despite fears village services will be unable to cope.
Flintshire County Council has recommended proposals for 32 homes on land at Hawarden Road, Penyffordd , be given the go-ahead despite fierce objections from community leaders, Penyffordd Community Council and more than 150 residents.
Fears have been raised the proposals, lodged by The Strategic Land Group and Green Gates Homes (NW) Ltd, will exasperate overdevelopment in the community.
