FC Zorya Luhansk chief executive: ‘Manchester is dirty and full of drunks, homeless people and kissing men’
 

The chief executive of Manchester United’s Europa League opponents FC Zorya Luhansk, Sergei Rafailov, has gone on an explosive and homophobic rant about Manchester at a press conference in Ukraine.
Rafailov, who was present in the North West for his side’s 1-0 defeat a week ago, was far from impressed with the city and has let his feelings be known in no uncertain terms in an extraordinary outburst.
