For many the international break is a respite from the sheer crushing mundanity of the domestic calendar.
For Killie fans it’s a week off from being laughed at in the street.
It’s a chance to see the best players for your country come together and show what they’re made of.
It’s a chance to cheer on 11 men, with whom you share a keen sense of national sporting pride, strut their stuff on the hallowed ground of the national stadium’s pitch.
