A family was refused a refund on flights after they were told their son’s cancer diagnosis was not an ‘exceptional circumstance’.
Oscar Long, from Bury, Greater Manchester, was diagnosed with Leukaemia two weeks after his family booked a holiday to Florida.
Graphic injuries of rape victim who smeared blood on attacker, 18 His grandmother, Susan Long, asked American Airlines if they could rearrange the holiday using hospital letters that said Oscar would be unable to fly for three years.
