Facebook’s launching a new social network next month – but it’s a bit different



Facebook has unveiled a sinister new phase in its plan to ensure that no one can escape from Facebook, ever.
It’s called Facebook at Work, and it launches next month.
It’s a bit different to ‘normal’ Facebook – you don’t log in with your normal account, but use a special work one, and there’s a News Feed and messaging for your company.
The service – which companies will be charged for – is to launch next month, Tech Radar reports.
It’s designed to help Facebook compete with apps such as Slack, widely used for messaging in the workplace.
