Exercising while angry can TRIPLE your risk of a heart attack
 

Taking on heavy exercise while angry can TRIPLE your risk of a heart attack, it has emerged.
A new study suggests being very upset or angry doubles the risk of a heart attack within 60 minutes.
And researchers have also discovered vigorous physical exertion does the same, and combining the two - such as using extreme exercise as a way of calming down - boosts the risk further.
The study, which is the largest of its kind, provides evidence of a “crucial link” between mind and body, according to experts.
