Ex-academy pupil gets Torness apprenticeship
 

0 Have your say The new generation of apprentices at Torness Power Station started their careers with EDF Energy with a trip to the Lake District.
Among them were James Macfarlane, 18, from Foulden, a former pupil at Berwick Academy, Grant Hoddinott, 18, from Duns, and Stewart Battison, 22, from Coldingham.
They met up with other apprentices from EDF Energy’s sites across the UK for an outward bound week in Ullswater. The team building week was the culmination of a recruitment process which started last autumn.
