Everton ready to let Kevin Mirallas leave the club for good on deadline day
 

The Belgian's future at Goodison Park has been thrown into doubt after being left out of the squad that faced Chelsea last weekend.
Boss Ronald Koeman attributed the absence to an 'attitude problem' and said he didn't know whether he would remain at the club.
But according to The Liverpool Echo, the Toffees are open to offers for the player and are willing to let him leave on a permanent deal.
Mirallas' former employers Olympiakos and West Ham were believed to be interested in loan deals.
