Everton man admits illegally sharing thousands of UK Top 40 chart hits
 

An Everton man could face prison after he admitted illegally sharing thousands of Top 40 chart hits.
Wayne Evans, of Hodder Road, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court today after breaking copyright laws.
The 38-year-old, bald with glasses and wearing a black suit, white shirt and tie, also accepted committing fraud.
Evans admitted two counts of distributing an article infringing copyright and one of possessing or controlling an article for use in fraud.
