Allardyce lost his job as national boss after just 67 days following a newspaper sting which exposed him offering advice on how to get round transfer rules and allegedly negotiating a £400,000 deal to represent a fictitious Far Eastern firm.
And Everton boss Ronald Koeman admitted he had been disappointed by the revelations.
