Former Toffees boss Martinez, now the boss of Belgium, must decide which striker will start their World Cup qualifiers against Bosnia and Gibraltar.
Both found the net tonight – Lukaku with a classy free-kick and Benteke with a trademark header.
But the big talking point was Damien Delaney’s disallowed goal that looked to have put Palace in front, with referee Jon Moss ruling that James McArthur had strayed offside and blocked keeper Maarten Stekelenburg’s line of vision.
