Erdington man avoids jail despite kicking female police officer in the chest
 

A female police constable had to have an operation to replace a breast implant after she was kicked in the chest by a drunken reveller in Birmingham.
The officer suffered the embarrassment of revealing to colleagues and family the enhancement procedure she had previously undergone and also had to endure six months of treatment and recuperation after the new op.
Birmingham Crown Court heard that on January 23 this year Lee Deakin had left the Arcadian Centre with a friend.
