England keeper Joe Hart vows to alter approach after admitting pre-match Euro rants weren't his 'finest hour'



Joe Hart admits he may have been over-hyped during Euro 2016 and is now working with England boss Gareth Southgate to 'channel' his energy more positively. 
The keeper endured a torrid summer that saw him heavily criticised for conceding against Wales and Iceland in France. His intense pre-match shouting and swearing drew negative attention and Hart admits he had too much energy.
Now the 29-year-old is working with Southgate, who is no stranger to disappointment at the European Championship, to turn his passion into a positive.
