England in crisis as Eddie Jones loses Mike Williams and Jack Nowell to injury ahead of autumn internationals



England's injury crisis deepened on Saturday night as it emerged Leicester flanker Mike Williams and Exeter winger Jack Nowell both suffered injuries which could threaten their participation in the autumn internationals.
Following the worst week in Eddie Jones' England coaching career, which saw him heavily criticised for the brutal nature of a three-day training camp which left Wasps flanker Sam Jones with a broken leg and Bath winger Anthony Watson a fractured jaw, Jones had more bad news on Saturday.
