England bowler Chris Woakes calls for clearer ICC guidelines on ball-tampering
 

Woakes was responding after Du Plessis was fined 100 per cent of his match fee for applying an "artificial substance" to the ball during the second Test against Australia in Hobart.
Now Woakes, who will come into England's team for the injured Stuart Broad for the third Test staring tomorrow, has called on the ICC to clarify what exactly teams can and cannot do.
