England all-rounder Moeen Ali has troublesome finger treated during nets session as tourists hope spinner will be fit to bowl in second Ashes Test

England remain concerned over key spinner Moeen Ali after he had to get treatment for his cut finger during Friday's nets session.
Moeen did not bowl on Thursday due to the injury, but was able to turn his arm over ahead of the second Ashes Test in Adelaide which begins this weekend.
The all-rounder did not seem completely happy however, and got his troublesome finger checked by spin coach Saqlain Mushtaq.
